    AVOID USING DISCOUNT CAB unless you enjoy wasting time and money. Discount Cab has no concept of what it means to be a service company. I called to reserve a cab to the airport two hours before I needed to be picked up. The dispatcher told me the cab would be there at the time I requested, but it never showed up. I called the company five minutes after the cab was supposed to arrive. They still hadn?t assigned a driver, but assured me someone would be there soon. Twenty minutes later, no cab had arrived. I called back again and they STILL hadn?t dispatched a driver. Despite the fact that they knew I was going to the airport to catch a flight, they never made any attempt to tell me the cab would be late or that no car would be available. I could have easily made other transportation arrangements had they simply told me they would be late or unavailable.

    Pros:At least I didn't give them any money
    Cons:No sense of time, incompetent dispatchers

    Beware this company-driver didn't know how to use credit card machine and overcharged me 10x, had to cut vac short because they couldn't void transaction, had to wait 3 days for credit to go through. Driver also missed turns and exits and therefore inflated mileage to increase cost. Just watch the driver very closely and monitor the actions.

    Pros:ride was not scary
    Cons:overcharged and took three days to get credit

    Seriously called was promised a cab in 20 minutes called 5 times ended up waiting an hour and fourty five minutes until my phone died and had to walk 45 minutes to a pay phone to call a cab!!!!! In heels in the middle of the day! The worst customer service ever!


    Lost and Never Found

    Now don't get me wrong, it's not the driver's fault that I accidentally left my phone in the cab, which I did. However, I called dispatch as soon as I walked in my house and they said they would put a call out to the driver, and that their drivers ALWAYS turn items into lost and found..........well my phone has still not turned up at the lost and found office. So did they ever put the call out to the driver? Probably not! Did they just tell me they would to get me off the phone? I think so! They don't care that I left a $500 iPhone in the cab, with all my personal info in it. A company with even ?fair? CS would care. A decent company would make the call when they told me they would, especially when I called literally within 5 minutes of being dropped off. Being that I was dropped off out in Gilbert, I think the odds of someone hailing the same cab off the sidewalk are slim. The drivers next pick up couldn't have been before the supposed call was put out to him. So is the companies' claim that the next customer could have found my phone legit, only if they never called the driver for me. Did they call the driver and he decided to look for and keep my phone, you tell me. The only good thing about it is the security code, which Apple tells me if entered incorrectly 4x will shut down the phone completely until brought back to MY pc to be restored. So hopefully my phone get back to me eventually when the idiot who has it realizes it's of no use to them. Makes me regret being responsible instead of driving drunk, I could have left my phone in my own car in my driveway. I'm kidding. End of my rant. Thanks for reading.

    Pros:Cab picked up on time. Was cheap to get home after a few drinks.
    Cons:Smelly cab. Dishonest driver. Unhelpful CS. Careless with found property. Liars. Never open to answer phone calls. No corporate avenue to follow on issues. Horrible shotty business platform.

    Worst Cab Company

    Discount Cab is one of the worst cab companies I have ever seen. In the past week I have called for a cab hours in advance just to make sure I make it to class on time. I have been taking this cab from the start of spring semester, and in the past two weeks it has been late 2 times and not shoed up 4 times. When you call customer service, all they tell you is the cab is half a mile away and should be there any minute. Today I waited 2 hours and the cab did not show up, and when I called in they told me the cab picked someone else up. When I complained to the supervisor they did not take me seriously.

    Cons:Customer Service, Not on time
