My mother lost over 20 lbs when at Heritage Hall West for 27 days! She was finally hospitalized for being unresponsive. While in the hospital the doctors determined she needed a blood transfusion, was malnurished and had infected bed sores! They also determined she was grossly over-medicated with anti-pyschotics and painkillers! These had been begun and administered while at Heritage Hall West!

My mother was at Heritage Hall West in the Hospice ward for a few days before she passed. The staff there was very compassionate and helpful. They attended to our needs almost as much as they did to her. They were a great comfort for us all and mom was comfortable right to the end.

this is a great rehab and geriatric nursing center with caring and professional staff. the rooms are clean and well lit. the nursing staff is well trained in multiple specialities. highly recommend
